Terms of Service (Draft)

1. The service. Immense World is a browser-based social world provided “as is” during its early-access period. Features may change or reset as the world evolves.

2. Your conduct.Be kind. Harassment, hate, impersonation, exploits, automation abuse, and attempts to extract other players' personal information are prohibited and may result in removal.

3. Virtual items and World Coins. World Coins and in-game items are licensed entertainment content with no monetary value. They are not redeemable, transferable, or exchangeable for real currency, and may be modified or reset.

4. Your creations. You retain rights to arrangements you build; you grant us a license to host and display them as part of the world.

5. AI characters. Worldlings are fictional AI characters. Their statements are entertainment, not advice, and may be inaccurate.

6. Accounts. You are responsible for your sign-in email. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (currently: nothing).
